This £400k project involved the construction of a steelwork and brick shell and external works for a new Drive Thru on a contaminated former industrial site. The works comprised major earthworks; contaminated soil handling and disposal; construction of a reinforced brickwork retaining wall; foundations and superstructure construction; carpark construction; paving and landscaping works; and access tie-in to existing road system.

In addition to the delivery of the primary elements of the project, as main contractor, we also retained management responsibility for the building fit-out contractor, Full Spec solutions. The works were carried out over a short 12 weeks contract period, and the restaurant commenced trading on time.
