Chris Walker – Divisional Director (Yorkshire)
Chris has over 27 years of extensive experience and success in construction management. He has worked for both major national companies as well as smaller local/regional companies in various senior roles.
Steve Wilkie – Divisional Director (North East)
Stephen has extensive construction experience gained over a period of 20 years in various posts with Lumsden & Carroll. His experience ranges from measurement, valuation, estimating to operational and contract management and management of site operations. Stephen is focused on clients’ needs, and encourages the creation of professional and collaborative working relationships.
Steve Bell – Divisional Director (Specialist Build)
Steve has vast experience on over 100 projects, including new build, extensions and refurbishments, building for most of the large providers of care throughout the UK from Dorset in the South to Aberdeen in the North and all points in between. He has the ability to construct projects to a consistently high level, resulting in ongoing repeat business for a number of leading providers of care throughout the UK.
In addition to this Steve has extensive market knowledge gained through historical links with the senior management of most of the leading players in the provision of care.
Paul Redman – Construction Director
Paul has a background of extensive project management experience across a wide range of multidisciplinary and framework projects within numerous sectors of the construction industry, including education, retail, health, leisure, custodial, infrastructure and residential.
As Construction Director, Paul is well versed in change and line management, developing strategic alliances and building strong delivery teams, he has the experience to innovatively and effectively deliver construction contracts large or small.
Robin Purves – Director (Business Development)
Robin started his career with the Group when he joined Stephen Easten in 1977 as a junior surveyor specialising in estimating. he later became a director of the company in 2000.
Robin has a broad range of experience gained in building and civil engineering projects, including residential and commercial developments and historic and listed buildings.
David Payne – Construction Director (Specialist Build)
Based at our Head Office in Durham, David is responsible for all pre-commencement operations and delivery support for all Specialist Build projects throughout the UK. These include projects with values ranging from £2-20 million in the care, hotel, leisure and medical sectors.
